How do I join?If you have an interest in flying with us, please submit a waitlist application. You can do so by clicking the Plans page. You will be contacted by our team when membership allotment become available. Membership requires a credit card (held for the purposes of Monthly Membership Fees), and endorsement of the Membership Agreement. A background check is also required for all members.

What airports does Airspace use?Airspace accesses Teterboro Airport which is 20 minutes from mid-town Manhattan along with Fort Lauderdale International Airport.

What is the booking cancellation policy?We understand that your plans change. Airspace cancellation costs are competitive to the cost of most commercial change fees. Members can cancel or change a flight for $200 so long as its done more than 72 hours before the flight. Cancellations made inside 24 hours are subject to the cost of the seat. Any other cancellation occurring between the above two windows is subject to a $350 cancellation or change fee.

I’ve been a member of other shared private aviation solutions. What makes Airspace different?We are a membership flight model so our programs are based on the needs of our members. We’re focused on quality, not quantity. We’re not a tech company and are not trying to be. We are a shared air travel membership and we are focused solely providing the best in that category.

When do I have to arrive at the airport?Members are required to report to the FBO, i.e., airport gate, by no later than 10 minutes before departure. Airspace recommends members arrive 30 minutes prior to departure.

If flights are booked, can I fly standby?"Airspace is unique in allowing standby upon request. Even if the flight you want to take is booked, there is the chance someone might not arrive at the airport for departure. In that event, you can email Airspace 24 hours before the flight and let them know you would like to fly standby. It's offered on a first come, first serve basis without guarantee, but at least you know we are trying!

Who is on the Airspace management team?Airspace is a company with deep aviation roots. Our CEO is the former head at NetJets, Warren Buffet's private aviation company. One of our founders is a tax lawyer that uses shared aviation services and developed the concept out of a need to improve service. Since we provide the highest quality shared private jet services, we unquestionably only seek the best talent.
